Once3 you meet with a florist or wedding flower planner, simply ask them for a detailed price estimate and find out exactly what's included in the price that they stated. Sometimes people get a price estimate and find out later that there were additional fees that they were not told about or were not aware of. 

So please make sure that all costs are included when receiving a cost estimate.

You can also try to negotiate or bargain with the florist if you really want his or her flowers. There is the delivery aspect that also needs to be taken into account. Some florists like to make their lives simple and hire delivery boys from a different company who will deliver the flowers to the wedding. This works out well for the florist but for you it certainly is not ideal. Make sure someone from the florist company is delivering the flowers to the wedding and is planning on setting them up and arranging them for you.
